The safety and wellbeing of every child in our care is our highest priority. This policy sets out how we protect children in online classes.

Last updated: 9 July 2026

Our commitment

Quran Sciences is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and expects everyone who works with us to share this commitment.

Safer recruitment

All teachers are subject to identity and qualification checks and a DBS check (or equivalent) before working with any student.

Safe online practice

  • Classes take place on reputable platforms (Zoom or Microsoft Teams).
  • We recommend children attend from a shared, visible family space.
  • Parents and guardians are welcome to be present during lessons.
  • One-to-one contact outside scheduled classes is not permitted.

Raising a concern

If you have any safeguarding concern, contact our Designated Safeguarding Lead immediately at hello@quransciences.com. In an emergency where a child is at immediate risk, always call 999.
